「たかが学園祭で」
2008年12月20日 「たかが学園祭で」
当校当学科はいろいろな人が見学に来ます。
その中の一人の方が飾り棚にあった学園祭の優勝トロフィー・校長杯、チャンピオンボードをみて、「たかが学園祭でこんな良いトロフィーがもらえるんですか？」と聞いてきました。
そう言われれば確かに豪華です。トロフィーだけでなくチャンピオンボードに名前を残せます。ちょっとした公式戦より上の扱いかもしれません。
それは・・・柔道整復師にとって柔道はとても大切なものです。だから当校では3年間しっかりやります。強い弱いよりも大切なものを学びながら一生懸命やります。
そう言えば先日当科の科長が年甲斐もなく（すみません）稽古していました。
稽古不足からか1年生に投げられていました。その後悔しかったのかまた稽古に現れてレギュラークラスを投げて満足そうに帰っていきました。勝ち逃げ？（笑）
この前は負け逃げだったのに・・・
そうなんです。これが当科の柔道なんです。先生方の中にも競技柔道の未経験者もいます。当然レギュラークラスには負けます。しかしそう言った事でなく稽古に参加して楽しくやるのが八王子の柔道なんです。柔道整復師は全員が柔道を大切に思う事を学ぶべきだからです。
一部の選手だけがやって他の学生がやらないのは・・・・
その楽しい柔道の一環に学園祭柔道大会があるので盛り上がります。
それを見た校長が「楽しそうだから、もっと盛り上がるように」と校長杯とチャンピオンボードを手配してくれました。豪華なものを。
